Woodrow Samuel Flack

Woodrow Samuel Flack was born on April 27th, 1954. He passed away on August 6th, 2020 at Duke Regional Hospital after a long battle with multiple health issues. He grew up in Union Mills, NC. He graduated from R S Central Highschool in 1972. One of his proud accomplishments was joining the United States Army. He served from 1972-1976. He was then employed at Greenwich Mills. After the mill closed, in the late 90's, he started his own business, Woody's Odd jobs which served the community for over 20 years. He is proceeded in death by his father Samuel Flack, his mother Frances Sorrell Flack and his granddaughter Corbyn Elizabeth Reign Colbert. He is survived by his seven siblings, Elzajay Flack, Edith Greene Foy, Geraldine Koone, Roscoe Flack, James Flack, Curtis Flack and Norman Flack. His daughters, Anna Flack, Mary Flack Piocuda, and Grace Flack. As well as his 11 grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Walker's Funeral Home in Hillsborough on Sunday, August 9th from 3-5pm. He will be laid to rest at Round Hill Baptist Cemetery in Union Mills, NC on August 11th, 2020. Graveside services will be at 12pm.
