Hillsborough - Wilma Kaye Evans Wilma Kaye Evans, 61, of Hillsborough passed away May 27, 2015 at home. She was born October 12, 1953 to the late Janice Johnson Summey and Wilmer Lawrence Summey. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sister Wanda Pegram; brothers, Thomas Summey and Anthony Summey. Those left to cherish her memory include husband Paul Gattis Evans, Sr.; daughter, Angela Lashinski; step-sons, Paul Gattis Evans, Jr., Kenneth Wayne Evans; sisters, Dianne Bowers and her husband Terry, Kim Cota and her husband Todd and 6 grand children. Service will be 2 PM Saturday May 30, 2015 at Mars Hill Baptist Church, Hillsborough with Pastor James Phillip Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Mars Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Hillsborough. Visitation will be from 1 PM until the time of the service at the church. Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsborough is in charge of arrangements.
