William Walser

Hillsborough Bill Walser, 70, died Saturday, May 17, 2014. Born in Kansas City, MO, and raised in Houston, TX, Bill spent most of his career in the financial services industry in Chicago, IL, lived in Hillsborough, NC, since 1996 and had interests in astronomy, numismatics and Android development. Bill is survived by his wife Susan (Swain) Walser and favorite dog, Dougal, daughter Wendi Smith (Chris Zerbo), grandson Austin Smith, sister, Kay Walser, brother-in-law, Dale (Jodi) Swain, and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents W. Duke Walser, Tacy Mae (Rhew) Walser, sister Tacy Wells, nephew Sean Lake, and beloved family pets Lola, Fergus, Chester, and Graeme.
