William Christopher Massengale

William “Will” Christopher Massengale of Chapel Hill passed away on January 27, 2021. He was 25 years old. William was born on December 28,1995 in Spokane, Washington. He was a North Carolina resident and attended college in Virginia and Minnesota. William was an avid social media creator, with a passion and an opinion of film and music. William was a creative spirit with an interest in woodworking, politics, philosophy, religion, and art. He will be remembered as a young man with a gentle loving spirit and dry sense of humor. William is survived by his mother Stephanie Edwards Massengale of Chapel Hill, NC; his father David F. Massengale and Lisa Daly and her son Jack of Rochester, NY; beloved brother Matthew of Chapel Hill, NC; beloved brother Andrew Massengale and Samphors (Sammy) Keo, their son Ian of Prior Lake, MN; grandmother Antonina Massengale, Chester, VA; aunt Tina Massengale Conant and Brian Conant, Chester, VA; uncle George Massengale and Mona Maehara of Honolulu, HI; cousin Daniel Massengale, Sanston, VA; along with other cousins, family members and many dear friends. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, 11:30 am, Walker’s Funeral Home, 120 W Franklin St, Chapel Hill, NC. All are invited to celebrate our beloved William.
