William Roger Horner

William Roger Horner, of Alamance County, passed away on December 2 in the comfort of his home. Born in Orange County on May 16, 1938, William enjoyed spending his time watching sports. Although an avid fan of both UNC Basketball and the New York Yankees, his other major passion was for mowing and lawn care.

William is predeceased by his father, Charlie Horner, his mother, Vera Horner, and his wife, Sue Horner. He is survived by his son Billy Horner Jr., and his wife Debbie Horner of Cedar Grove.

The Horner family would like to extend an extra special thanks to Tony Terrell for taking care of their father over the years.
