Victoria Theresa Hofmann

Vickie passed to heaven on 15 December 2020 at the age of 73. She leaves behind her loving husband of 52 years, Lorenz, her two children Lorenz and Paul (Tracy), and four loving grandchildren Jaxon, Madeline, Jenna, and Kara. She was born in Chicago Illinois in 1947, and attended Divine Savior while winning Miss Teen Chicago. She married Lorenz after meeting him at a local singles dance, soon after graduating with her nursing degree. Vickie and Lorenz moved often for his career and they called home to multiple cities, including; Worthington OH, Ann Arbor MI, Mansfield MA, Mequon WI, and finally Chapel Hill NC. In addition to raising two boys and helping with the grandchildren, she was very active in the community at Saint Thomas More (Caring and Sharing program) and the Chapel Hill Service League.
