EFLAND - Troy Walander Lloyd , 90, died Saturday, March 8, 2014, in his home. He was a native of Orange County He was the son of the late Julia and Andrew Lloyd. He grew up and worked on the family dairy farm with his dad, A. B. Lloyd, Sr. He then became a salesman at Patz Dairy and Farm Equipment Co. covering areas in NC and Va. Surviving are his wife, Doris Hearn Lloyd, his son, Gary Lloyd (Pat), Efland, two daughters, Sheila L. Crabtree, Sanford and Alisa L. Kirkland, Chapel Hill, two sisters, Priscilla L. Long, Hillsborough, and Marie L. Davis (Nathan), Rockingham, one brother, Ben Lloyd (Camelia), Efland, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, his daughter, Pam Stone, two grandchildren, Karrie Stone, and Daniel Kirkland, his sisters, Mabel L. Gordon and Bettie Sue L. Rosemond, and his brother, Everett Lloyd. The service will be held at 8 PM Wednesday in Walker's Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 6:30-7:45 PM Wednesday prior to the service.
