Pearl Eller

MEBANE - PEARL E. ELLER, 86, born in Wilkes County, died early Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Alamance Health Care after several years of declining health. She leaves behind her children, Larry Eller, H. L. Eller, Linda Hughes, George Eller, Mary Jones and Phyllis Creech; and one brother, R.J. Spears. She was also blessed with 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren; neices & nephews and a host of relatives and friends which include many she made during her 33 years working at Cone Mills in Haw River. A special thank you to Ilene Byrd and Sandra Cates for being wonderful family & caregivers. The family will receive visitors Saturday, October 11 at 10:00 a.m. at Walker's Funeral Home in Mebane; followed by a graveside service, by Pastor James Faulk at 11:00 a.m. at Oakwood Cemetery, Mebane. Other times, the family will be at the homeplace in Mebane.
