Norman Berkeley Adcock

Norman Berkeley Adcock, 81, of Carrboro, NC passed away on November 25, 2022 at UNC Hospital.

Memorial Service will be held at Walker Funeral Home in Hillsborough, NC on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 2pm by Pastor Rob Tennant of Hillside Church. Followed by prayer with the family at graveside. Anyone interested in attending the graveside prayer is welcome. Walker Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.

Norman was born in Elbert, West Viriginia to Oren Berkeley Adcock and Opal Lester Adcock on November 1, 1941. He went to high school at Gary High School and went on to earn a degree in Business from National Business College in Virginia. He worked as an inside salesman for U.S. Plywood. He enjoyed photography, reading, and the Tar Heels.

Norman is survived by his wife, Judith (Judy) Davis Adcock of Carrboro; his son, David Emory Adcock; his daughter, Rebecca Adcock Wells; and 2 grandchildren, Will and Elena Adcock.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hillside Church at 201 Culbreth Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27516.

Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsbrough is assisting the family.
