ALAMANCE COUNTY Mebane - Mr. Nolan Kenneth Gregory, 78, passed away peacefully on Tuesday 12, 2014, at home. His hope was in Jesus Christ alone and now he is with him forever. He was a veteran from the Armed Forces. He was a member of Graced Reformed Baptist Church. He was self employed as a Plumber for many years. He enjoyed Nascar,fishing, and shooting pool with his friends. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Surviving is his loving spouse Gayle Priddy Gregory; his three daughters Vickie G. Averett (Trevis) Sanford, Sheryl G. Morris (Steven) Mebane, Jeri G. Church (Roland) Mebane; one brother Charlie Joseph Gregory, Eden; six grandchildren: Jason Averett, Nolan Averett, Roland Shane Church Jr., Caleb Church, Kenneth Morris, Kelly M. Franklin. He is predeceased by his parents Charlie Junior Gregory and Mildred Massey Gregory. One sister Betty G. Miller. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday at Oakwood Cemetery in Mebane.
