Noah Simpson

November 29, 1931 — February 21, 2014

Caldwell - Noah Joseph Simpson died Friday, February 21, 2014, at his home. He was a native of Person County and attended the Person County Schools. He was a farmer, owned his farm, and operated heavy equipment. He was a member of Little River Presbyterian Church for 50+ years where he served as Elder and worked with the youth group. Surviving are his wife, Pearl Berry Simpson, two sisters, Mattie Blalock and Wilma Garrett both of Rougemont. He was predeceased by his parents, Fannie and Millard Simpson, his brother, Alvin Simpson, and his sister, Myrtle Bowling. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday in Little River Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 1-1:50 PM Monday in the church. Pallbearers will be Larry Blalock, Greg Berry, Jay Berry, Ricky Berry Alex Crumbley, Andy Crumbley, Ken Crumbley, and Michael Garrett.
