Milton Phelps

Mebane - Mr. Milton Walker Phelps died Sunday, February 1, 2015. He was born in Caswell County. He graduated from Prospect Hill High School and Devry College. He was a veteran of the Korean War. After retiring from RCA Corporation, he returned to his home place of Prospect Hill. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Morin Phelps, four sons: Ernest Phelps (Linda), Donny Phelps (Donna), Greg Phelps, and Brian Phelps (Gina), one brother, Gordon Phelps (Mae), four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Catherine and Lewis Phelps and his brother Latham Phelps. Visitation will be held 6:30-8:30 PM Thursday, February 5, in Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsborough. A private burial service will be held later.
