Maurice Horner

Mebane - Maurice Eugene Horner Maurice Eugene Horner, 72, of Mebane passed away January 17, 2015. He was born October 6, 1942 to the late Willard Franklin and Margaret Wilson Horner. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brother, Kenneth "Racer" Horner; sisters Shirley Zarr and Francis Marie Blair. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Patricia Horner; sons, Michael Willis, Maurice Horner, Jr., Willard Horner; daughter, Barbara Ann Laswell; brothers, Wayne Horner, James Horner; sister, Sandra Cahill and 12 grandchildren. Service will be 1 PM Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Walker's Funeral Home of Mebane. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Mebane. Friends may call from Noon until the time of the service at the funeral home.
