Mary Scott

Mary Taylor Scott, daughter of the late Olin Spencer Taylor and Emma Maynor Taylor was born on June 3, 1926. In the early hours of January 18, 2018, God called Mary home to eternal rest. She leaves to cherish her memories her sons William (Buddy) Harris, Michael Harris, and his wife, Mary Catherine; her grandson, Cyrus Harris and his wife, Jocelyn; eight great grandchildren, sister Octavia (Tavia) Gordon. She also leaves nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of friends. Mary was preceeded in death by her parents, daughter Wanda Faye Harris, brothers Hubert, Johnny, Spence, Thomas (Bo), sisters, Alice Durham and Rena Terrell. The graveside service will be held 2:30 PM Monday, January 22, 2018, in the Hillsborough Town Cemetery.
