Lucille Allen

Lucille King Allen, 85, of Mebane passed away February 27, 2015. She was born October 19, 1929 to the late Otis King, Sr. and Annie Mae Padgett King. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband, Adrian Hurley Allen; daughter, Karen Medlin; son, A J Allen. Those left to cherish her memory include son, Ronnie Allen and wife Susan; daughter, Robin Hawley; daughter-in-law, Annette Allen; sisters, Earlene Allen of Henderson, NC, Goody King of Roanoke Rapids, NC; brother, Dicey King of Roanoke Rapids and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Service will be 1 PM Monday, March 2 at Breakthrough Community Church, Mebane. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Mebane. Friends may call from noon until the time of the service at the church. Walker's Funeral Home of Mebane is in charge of arrangements.
