Laura Mccauley

Laura Humphries McCauley, 75 of Chapel Hill, NC passed away on June 21, 2018. Laura was born in Oxford, NC on October 25, 1942. She married H.T. McCauley on July 16 and they were married for 52 years. After 30 years of service she retired from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC. Laura is survived by her husband H.T of the home and lots of family and friends. A graveside service was held on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 11:00am at Markham Memorial Gardens. Officiating was Rev. MJ Tucci. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court Glen Allen, VA 23060-9979, www.heart.org; or to the American Children's Home, 3844 NC-8, Lexington, NC 27292, www.ach-nc.org. The McCauley family is under the care of Walker's Funeral Home of Chapel Hill.
