Kathy Ann Pope

Kathy Pope, 66 passed away Thursday, April 6th at New Hanover Regional Hospital in Wilmington, NC.

Kathy is survived by her two daughters, Cynthia Knight Clayton (Coy) of Rougemont, NC and Jennifer Knight Hayes (Teague) of Wilmington, NC. She had three grand babies that were the loves of her life. Carter William Clayton and Jackson Lawrence Clayton of Rougemont, NC and River Ann Hayes of Wilmington NC.

Kathy was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was a wonderful friend to all she met. She loved sitting in the sunshine at the beach, long walks, and listening to beach music. She was very proud of her family and was very much loved by them. She had such a sweet soul and was always doing for others. She was known for her generosity, selflessness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help those in need

There will be a graveside service on Friday April 14, 2023 at Clayton Family Cemetery at 2:00PM.
