Jordan Marshall Smith

Jordan Marshall Smith, PhD, son of the late Margaret Maxwell and Marshall Smith, died at his home in Chapel Hill on Monday, April 12, 2021. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at 2 pm in Walker's Funeral Home Chapel, 120 W. Franklin Street, Chapel Hill. Jordan is survived by his son, Christopher J. Smith of Hilton Head, SC; and his life partner, Sharlene J. Thomas of Willow Spring, NC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to one of the following charities. The American Lung Association, The American Cancer Association, The American Civil War Trust Fund, or to St. Labre Indian School. Please use the links on the left.
