Joan Grant

Joan Little Grant passed away at the Arbor at Galloway Ridge in Pittsboro, NC of natural causes on August 8, 2018. A former resident of Hanover, NH and Greenwich, CT, she was a dog lover who bred and showed Norwich Terriers. She enjoyed traveling and collecting art and was a long-time volunteer in both Greenwich and Hanover. She is survived by her four daughters, Hilary Snyder (Burton Judd), Laurie Berenson (Bruce), Elisabeth Woolley, and Katherine Clarke (Jack), and grandson, Chase Berenson. She was predeceased by her grandson, Walter James Chard and her sister, Ethel Little. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at The Arbor for the excellent care, compassion and kindness shown to our mother during this past year. Funeral services will be private.
