Jane Hughes

Kinston - Mrs. Jane Barwick Hughes, 80, died August 2, 2015. She was born in South Carolina and graduated from high school in South Carolina. She lived in Raleigh and moved to Kinston in 1973 with her family and husband who worked at GMAC. She loved flowers and their home. She loved her family whom she visited as often as possible. Surviving are her daughter, Elizabeth Anne Hughes, her son, Robert Hughes and wife Pamela. Three grandchildren : Brookie, Jordan and Brannan, three sisters: Margarett Newman, Mariam Smith and Nell Walters, one brother, Joe Barwick. She was predeceased by her parents, Bernice and Andrew Barwick, her husband, Robert Hughes, II, her brother, and Carroll Barwick. Funeral services will be held 4 PM Friday in Eno Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Chris Grill. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will follow the service. Walkersfuneralservice.com
