Friends and family are invited to celebrate Herbert's life during a funeral service that will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsborough, located at 204 N. Churton St., Hillsborough, NC 27278. The service will begin at 1:00 PM.
