Evelyn Joan Lamorte

Mrs. Joan Smith Lamorte, age 89, passed away on July 28, 2018 at her home in Durham. Mrs. Lamorte was born on July 17, 1929 in Greensboro, PA to Dwayne and Evelyn Smith. Mrs. Lamorte is survived by her three daughters, Claudia Lamorte of Chapel Hill, Kathleen Lamorte and Alex Lamorte both of Durham. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Catholic Church on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery.
