Esther Pearce

Princeton, NC - Esther "Teeny" Carolyn Johnson Pearce, 87, passed away on December 15, 2015. She was born in Johnston County, NC on October 9, 1928 to the late Mildred Alberta Jones Johnson and Leslie Turner Johnson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sisters, Bernice Stephenson, Betty Gwen Toler, Anna Jean Wilson and brother, William Turner Johnson. Those left to cherish her memory include daughters, Carolyn Flanagan and her husband Jim, Melody Abbott Williams and her husband Mike; grandchildren, Julie Wells, Jay Wells, Joe Wells, Michael Williams, Matthew Williams, Marshall Williams; great granddaughter, McKenna Wells and great grandson, Jackson G. O'Neal. A service of Witness to the Resurrection will be held in Teeny's honor at 1 PM Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Eno Presbyterian Church With Pastor Chris Grill officiating. In Lieu of flowers the family request that donations in Teeny's memory be made to the North Carolina Alzheimer's Association, 1305 Navaho Dr. Ste. 101, Raleigh, NC 27609 Walker's Funeral Home of Hillsborough is in charge of arrangements.
