Dr. Timothy Kim of Chapel Hill died on January 16, 2018 at UNC Hospitals. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Kim, daughter, Grace Kim and son, Eugene Kim. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 2016 Mt. Carmel Church Road, Chapel Hill officiated by Rev. Barrett Freeman. Burial will follow the funeral service at the Sparrow's Family Cemetery.
