Dorothy Choate

-Chapel Hill- Dorothy Link Choate was born December 19, 1919 in Charlotte, NC and died on August 4, 2014 in Chapel Hill, NC. She graduated from Queens College in Charlotte. In 1963, Dorothy and her husband Herman Crowell Choate, moved to Chapel Hill. Dorothy retired from the University of North Carolina. She is survived by her daughters, Suzanne Richie and Christine Wend of Chapel Hill, grandson Scott Richie and granddaughter Kelli Richie of Chapel Hill. Walker's Funeral Home of Chapel Hill is honored to serve the Choate family.
