David Lanpher

Hillsborough - Mr. David Albion Lanpher, 76, died Tuesday, April 29, 2014. He was a native of Vermont where he graduated from Northfield High School. He worked for IBM in Vermont, Virginia, and NC. He was a true family man with a sense of humor. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing and the beach and especially doing things with his family. Surviving are his wife, Nicole Proulx Lanpher, his daughter, Danielle Lanpher, Hillsborough, his son, Paul Lanpher and wife, Chalet, Coats, one grandson, Brooks Lanpher and one granddaughter, Addison Lanpher. He was predeceased by two sisters and two brothers. A Mass of Resurrection will be held 2 PM at St. Matthews Catholic Church on Saturday, May 3, 2014. Visitation will be 1-2 PM before the service.
