Carol Ann Flanagin

Carol Ann Flanagin passed away in her home on March 21st, 2022 in Durham, NC due to a battle with long-term illnesses. She was 52.



Mrs. Flanagin was born on August 20th, 1969 in Alamance County to her parents: James Larry Bullock and Ruth Ann Ray.



She was an alumni of Orange High School and an avid volunteer/supporter for the Orange County Sheriff's Department/MADD organization.



She married Douglas Flanagin on February 28th, 1996.



Carol Flanagin worked in the healthcare and food service industry until her health would no longer allow her to do so. She dedicated her remaining time in making sure to spoil all of her fur babies (Especially John Wayne).



Mrs. Flanagin is survived by her husband Douglas Flanagin, Twins: Tengin and Agnes Oldham, her 1st husband: Woodrow Oldham, Niece: Casey Bullock, Best Friend: Renee Franklin, God Children: Morgan Tilley, and Cameron Bell, Several other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, brother in laws, sister in laws, and numerous childhood friends. (She loved you all, and wasn't afraid to show it.)



She is preceded in death by her Mother, Father, Brother: Spanky Bullock, Father in Law: (Buddy Flanagin), and Daughter: Jessica Marie Bullock.



A memorial service will be held at Wayside Baptist Church on April 9th at 2pm. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Carol Ann's life.
