Bobbie Jean “Maw Maw” Linens of Graham, North Carolina went to be with the Lord and entered eternal rest on Monday June 27th, 2022. She joins her beloved husband, Everette “Billy” Linens who preceded her in death in 2009.
Bobbie was born on September 13, 1931, in Siler City, North Carolina. Bobbie spent her days assisting with the family business B & L Oil and being a dedicated housewife and mother.
In life, Bobbie was defined by her wit, joy, and selflessness. She possessed an endless love for her family and friends. She loved to play cards, enjoyed bowling and sitting on her front porch. She absolutely thrived on spending time with her family, cooking homemade meals and watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren grow.
Bobbie is survived by her 3 sons Dennis Wayne Linens, Everette Ray Linens and Michael Todd Linens (Lisa Pass), her grandson Dennis Linens, Jr. (Kimberly) and great granddaughter Laney Linens. She is also survived by her step-granddaughter Renee Kimbro and her step-great grandson Sage Kimbro.
Bobbie will be honored in a graveside ceremony on Sunday, July 10th, 2022, at 2pm at Phillips Chapel United Methodist Church in Haw River, North Carolina. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to AuthoraCare Hospice in Burlington, North Carolina, in her memory.
