Annie Wagoner

Annie (Ann) C. Wagoner, age 76, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 22, 2020. Ann was predeceased in death by her father and mother, Walter and Vernell Crabtree, brother William Crabtree, and her beloved husband, Russell Wagoner. She is survived by her sister, Marion Crabtree. She is also survived by two children: Sheila Crawford (Mark), grandchildren Zachary Crawford, Jessie Crawford, Marla Crawford, and one great grandson, Currie Johnson; one son, William Russell Wagoner (fiancé Stefanie), grandsons Wyatt and Tanner Wagoner; special niece Debbie Wagoner, special cousins that she loved like sisters, many special friends, and the many children she taught Sunday school. Ann graduated from Hillsborough High School and attended Pfiffer College. In 1967 Ann married the love of her life, Russell Wagoner. Ann said the love of her church and the OCIM ministry helped her to grow in her faith. There were times of disagreement, but with God’s amazing grace, love always prevailed. In lieu of flowers, love offerings may be made to OCIM or Walnut Grove United Methodist Church in Hurdle Mills. The visitation will be Sunday, December 27th from 3 to 5 PM at Walkers Funerals Home in Hillsborough. Graveside service will be Monday, December 28th at 2 PM at Walnut Grove UMC, 7215 Walnut Grove Church Road, Hurdle Mills, NC 27541.
