Agnes Mauro

Agnes Slevin Mauro, age 65, died early in the afternoon on March 2, 2017. Ms. Mauro was born on November 12, 1951 in Bronx, New York. She obtained her Master's Degrees from George Washington University and Arcadia University in Public Health and Psychology. She worked for many years as an Administrator of assisted living and nursing homes. She was also an active member of the community at New Hope Church. Ms. Mauro is survived by her daughter Amanda and her son Charles. The Mauro family will receive family and friends for a visitation and memorial service on Saturday March 11, 2017 at The Foundry; 7623 Sunrise Road Chapel Hill, NC 27514. Service will begin at 1:00pm followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Michael J.
